This is an interactive map I created using ArcMap and Google Earth for a 2019 Open Book. This map plots out recent sales in the municipality and is able to be filtered by house style. The assessor used this map at Open Book to assist property owners in better understanding the valuation process. Each property has a Photo ID field which corresponds to the location of further property details in a physical book. Overall, I prepped the parcel shapefile in ArcMap and geocoded the points directly in Google Earth using an Excel file.
